Terms of Use

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms define the rules for access to, viewing and use of the materials, services and functionality of the website puf.com.ua (the "Site").

A user is any individual who visits the Site, uses its functionality, submits information through feedback forms or otherwise interacts with the Site.

By using the Site, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If the user does not agree with these Terms, they must stop using the Site.

2. PURPOSE OF THE SITE AND INFORMATION

Information on the Site, including product descriptions, technical characteristics and images, is informational and introductory. It provides a general view of the Company's products and is not a public offer unless expressly stated on the Site.

Tactical and technical characteristics may be clarified depending on configuration, volume and supply terms. Final characteristics, price and order terms are agreed separately by the parties.

The Company does not guarantee that information on the Site is complete, exhaustive or current at any specific moment.

3. SITE FORMS AND ORDER STATUS

The Site contains forms for contact, product feedback and order configuration through the configurator (the "Forms").

Submitting any Form, including an order generated through the configurator, is a user request and a basis for further communication. Submission is not conclusion of a contract, does not create an obligation for the Company to supply products, and is not acceptance of an offer. Contractual relations arise only after separate agreement of terms between the user and the Company and their formalization under applicable law.

The Company may leave any request or order without review, refuse to process it, or decline to enter into contractual relations without explaining reasons, including for security reasons or other grounds under Ukrainian law.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

The user agrees to provide accurate information in Forms, not use the Site for unlawful actions, not include restricted information in Forms, and not interfere with Site operation or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.

The user is responsible for the consequences of providing inaccurate, incomplete or restricted information.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Site content, including text, images, graphics, logos, design elements, trademarks and other intellectual property objects, belongs to the Company or relevant rights holders and is protected by Ukrainian law.

Copying, publishing, distributing, adapting or otherwise using Site content in any form without the Company's prior written consent is prohibited.

Use of any Company intellectual property object does not grant the user any proprietary or other rights to that object.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Site is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Company is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by use or inability to use the Site; technical failures, errors or network interruptions; or decisions made by the user based on Site materials without separate agreement with the Company.

The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but technical or editorial inaccuracies may occur. The Company may change or remove information without prior notice.

The Company does not guarantee continuous, timely, secure or error-free Site operation, or absence of viruses or other harmful components.

7. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES

The Site may contain links to third-party resources. The Company does not control their content and is not responsible for their policies, goods or services. Users follow such links at their own discretion.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

The Company may change these Terms. The updated version takes effect when published on the Site. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of the current version.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

Relations connected with use of the Site are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, under applicable Ukrainian law.

The Company is not liable for full or partial non-performance of obligations if caused by force majeure, including hostilities, terrorist acts, cyberattacks, power outages, communication network failures, public authority decisions or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.
