Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when using the website puf.com.ua (the "Site"), how it is processed and protected, and what rights users have. The Policy applies to personal data voluntarily provided through forms on the Site and to technical data collected during visits.

1. WHO PROCESSES PERSONAL DATA

2. WHAT DATA WE MAY COLLECT

The scope of personal data depends on the form a user submits.

Contact form: name, phone number and/or email address, Telegram or nickname, and any comment provided voluntarily.

Product feedback form: name, contact details, the product related to the feedback, feedback text and other information provided voluntarily.

Order/configurator form: name, contact details, selected product configuration and order parameters, and any order comment provided voluntarily.

Technical data collected during Site visits may include IP address, browser and device type, date, time and referral source, and marketing parameters such as UTM tags.

We do not request or intend to process special categories of personal data, including health data, political opinions, religious or worldview beliefs, biometric data and similar information. Please do not include such information in open form fields.

Security notice: because of the Company's field of activity, do not include call signs, names or numbers of military units, geographic coordinates, deployment information, state or service secrets, or other restricted information in forms. The Company processes only the data needed to handle a request, order or feedback.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Personal data is processed to handle requests, feedback and orders; communicate with users; clarify order details and cooperation terms; perform pre-contractual and contractual steps; improve Site operation and analyze campaign effectiveness in the minimum necessary scope; ensure information security and prevent abuse; and comply with Ukrainian law.

4. LEGAL GROUNDS

Processing is carried out on the basis of user consent where required by law, the need to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform a contract, the need to respond to a user's request, the Company's legitimate interest in Site operation, security and service administration, and legal obligations imposed on the Company.

Processing is carried out under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and other applicable Ukrainian legislation.

5. DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY ACCESS

The Company does not sell users' personal data and does not transfer it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

To operate the Site, the Company may use service providers such as hosting, form processing, email, CRM, analytics and communication services. They receive access only to the personal data needed to perform their functions.

The Site may use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, which may process technical data and transfer it to servers of the relevant companies, including outside Ukraine. Users understand and agree that use of these services may involve cross-border transfer of certain personal data and technical information under the privacy policies of those providers.

Personal data may be transferred to public authorities, law enforcement or a court only in cases and under procedures provided by Ukrainian law.

6. RETENTION PERIODS

The Company stores personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing. Approximate periods: requests and feedback up to 12 months; order data during performance of contractual obligations and statutory periods; technical logs up to 90 calendar days. Data may be deleted earlier at the user's request if no legal basis for further processing exists.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The Company applies appropriate organizational and technical measures, including restricted access, secure storage and transfer tools, access control for services and information systems, regular updates of Site components, and other security measures appropriate to the data processed.

At the same time, users understand that Internet transmission cannot be absolutely secure, so the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted online.

8. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

The Company does not carry out automated decision-making that creates legal effects for users or otherwise significantly affects their rights or legitimate interests.

9. USER RIGHTS

Under Ukrainian personal data law, users have the right to know the sources, location and purpose of processing of their personal data; access their personal data; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; request termination, restriction or deletion of processing where provided by law; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and object to processing where provided by law.

10. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

The Site uses cookies necessary for proper operation, as well as analytics and advertising tools. Cookie use, service lists, storage periods and controls are described in the Cookie Notice.

11. AGE RESTRICTION

The Site is intended for persons who are at least 18 years old. By submitting any form, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data of persons under 18. If such collection is identified, the data will be deleted as soon as possible.

12. CONFIRMATION OF REVIEW

By submitting any form on the Site, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and agree to the processing of personal data under its terms and Ukrainian law. The user also confirms that the personal data provided is accurate, up to date and provided voluntarily.

13. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

The Company may amend this Policy if Ukrainian law, personal data processing procedures or Site functionality changes. The current version is always published on this page. Users are encouraged to review it periodically.
